Some days, the summer feels so fleeting.

Ripe sweet corn

It's time to harvest the first sweet corn...

Bare garden bed

...and plant the last sweet corn.

Five months from from frost to frost seems like an eternity in May and a heart beat in October. I'd better pause now and soak up the sun.
