Monorail disappointment

monorail modern

We've hit a dead end on our quest to buy a monorail.

The nice guy at the Japanese factory stopped returning our emails.

We might need to plan a trip to Japan to make it happen?

The German company Dopplmayr seems to sell a similar product, the monorack.

They have a subsidiary in the USA:

Doppelmayr USA, Inc. Head Office USA
3160 West 500 South
Salt Lake City 84104

It is possible the man you were dealing with was transferred. Most Japanese businessmen are transferred to different departments every 3-4 years to get a better overview of the whole company. So the new people may not speak English, or may be just swamped with work they have no clue how to do yet.

I hope it works out for you!

I was wondering what was happening with the monorail. I was very interested to see how that worked out. Hopefully you can still find a way to make it happen.

Roland-Thanks for looking this up for us....not sure why it didn't show up on my google searching.

Eric- Thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure something like that happened because they were very nice when they were answering our emails.

One very unique homestead, $1,500 per acre, the opportunity of a lifetime
