Helping hand

taking out the trash with a golf cart

Our new friend Marvin helped us haul out some garbage while bringing in 3 truck loads of horse manure today.

Whew!

I am soooooo jelious! 3 loads of manure. Wow! And a new friend ta-boot!

It seems to have been a good year for you and Mark on the homestead.

Congrats!

Mona --- Yes, it's been an awesome year, the best one yet!

To be fair, though, our three loads of manure probably add up to about one pickup truck load. Since the manure source is close and we have to shuttle the manure to our core homestead area in the golf cart, we just fill up five gallon buckets so we shovel once. A little math shows that three of our loads is right at three quarters of a cubic yard. :-)

One very unique homestead, $1,500 per acre, the opportunity of a lifetime
