This new material has an elastic element that might hold up to heat better and crack less than the older black stuff.

Kayla --- No, you just gave us the nudge we needed to fix a long-term leak. It had only been a problem during deluges...and when the sun came out we tended to forget about it. :-) So thanks for the reminder!
