Eggs on the floor

new nest box location for easier hen access

The latest nest box was not working out. It may have been too high.

Now they're both at the same height, which hopefully will put an end to eggs on the floor.

i put golf balls in the nests for inspiration seems to encourage hens to use nests

any round egg size thing will work
