Blogging time out

Anna throwing firewood.

Anna and I want to thank everybody for their kind words and thoughts.

We've decided to take the week off blogging to reflect and recharge.

We'll start back up on Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks again for being there for us.

No words, just so very, very sorry for both of you. In my thoughts & prayers.

It seems like you might need new subject matter? Have you thought of adding permaculture to your arsenal of homesteading techniques? I took a course last summer & was amazed at all I learned.

There's an online course that is reasonably priced & has become quite famous in the permaculture world:

Other ideas are Steve Solomon's book/theories on soil science, or that famous woman whose name I can't think of (but hopefully you can ;).

I love you guys & hope to keep seeing you here!

It is such a blessing to have a good dog. I feel your pain - our sweet 12 1/2 yr old lab passed recently too. I'm glad you all had a good time together!
