I purchased a similar wagon mid summer this year. My husband thought it was a frivolous purchase at the time. Now he uses it more than I do. But that's because he always has it loaded with things he needs to move. It's especially helpful in moving things to/from our vehicles which are parked outside our fenced yard. Surprisingly useful.
