It looks like butterflies aren't the only insects who like our echinacea.  I caught this praying mantis in the act of consuming a butterfly from the head down yesterday afternoon.  Yum!



Shame-faced plug: Mark's invention is built around a device called a chicken nipple.  Sometimes I think he invented our waterers just because he liked the name.
