Today was a good day to let our souls catch up with our bodies after a long but fast trip south. Why wait until you have to take a sick day when you can instead enjoy a day of rest?

More people would get sick less if they take a day off now and then to enjoy life rather than getting sick and then making themselves worse by worrying that the world cannot get along without their input all the time! My two cents worth!!!
