Steamed Greens with Balsamic Vinegar
  • Enough greens to fill your steamer.  We prefer swiss chard in summer and collards in winter, but any greens will work
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Remove any large stems (but this is best with baby greens which don't need you to remove their stems.)  Steam greens until soft.  Put in a bowl and add balsamic vinegar.
